•  Chief complaint :  Primary Amenorrhea

Present Illness

• A 18-year-old and 4-month-old woman
• Breast budding at the age of 12-13
• She doesn't remember when her pubic hair grew
• she has not seen a doctor for his problem and has not received treatment
